Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ime Antivibr CW1-3 I.M.E 94-080438 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lockheed-Martin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the WE77EXSH03 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RM7800L1012 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7705581G1 by Manufacturer Lockheed-Martin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pilz Brand P2HZX1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hyundai such as BN624A949H01 equipment made by Hyundai have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hyundai products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hyundai" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TD15121001 made by Leach as well as the popular SN0300217 original spares produced by Schleicher

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24T7352 by Lexmark and BN624A949H01 spares by Hyundai are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AEP51024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic.
