Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Industrial Gold R71ENC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jamesbury products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jlem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Interroll product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jamesbury such as the VPVL400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE504T02 manufactured by Jlem and we are pleased to be able to service most Jlem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 113i by Manufacturer Interroll as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jenaer-Antriebstechnik Brand 54AA000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by John-Crane such as J1234 equipment made by John-Crane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire John-Crane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "John-Crane" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CD1K2400 made by Infranor as well as the popular 12CHANEL original spares produced by Interface

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CD1K2 by Infranor and J1234 spares by John-Crane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12R21001100SP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intelligent-Actuator.
