Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Iq Automation FS150SDOEDDSG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kalish parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kawasaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 508171183R01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M48144 manufactured by Kalish and we are pleased to be able to service most Kalish systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 506070039 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ivc2 Brand 3Z2K0144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kardex such as 12M0400192 equipment made by Kardex have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available BMQ83080140 made by Ironman as well as the popular AH100C10 original spares produced by Jet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 832510013100 by Irt and 12M0400192 spares by Kardex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VPVLSS200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jamesbury.
