Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jenaer Antriebstechnik 80B33-0460-A03JA-7 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kasuga product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509991470R40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EDA81001100 manufactured by Johnson and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS11 by Manufacturer Kasuga as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jvl-Industri-Elektronik Brand MAC141A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Joyglobal such as 100E4896F1 equipment made by Joyglobal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joyglobal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joyglobal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available U0955 made by Kaye as well as the popular LDM42 original spares produced by Jenoptik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C18TA31603T46 by Joslyn-Cark and 100E4896F1 spares by Joyglobal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 11FOR110000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
