Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Jokab Safety RT624VDC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jumo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Jumo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jumo such as the HR0T48K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B1210050101 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 70304118180025000 by Manufacturer Jumo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Rechner Brand KAS8030Y5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Jung such as H5300 equipment made by Jung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jung" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10999EA00 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular CT812123C original spares produced by Charmilles

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JTD222 by J-tech-Digital-Inc. and H5300 spares by Jung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDM32020300W00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
