Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joslyn Clark 7444-3050-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aeg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Schneider-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aeg such as the LS107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8903LG80V01 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8903LH1000V02 by Manufacturer Schneider-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Klockner-Moeller Brand DIL3M80110V50HZ120V60HZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 8502SFG2V02S equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A202K1EAM made by Eaton as well as the popular A202K1EA original spares produced by Westinghouse

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C32KN3 by Cutler-Hammer and 8502SFG2V02S spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8502SFG2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
