Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joslyn Clark RDP1-5031-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Juki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Astec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Julabo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Juki such as the Juki520 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 735600982 manufactured by Astec and we are pleased to be able to service most Astec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PrestoLH45 by Manufacturer Julabo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Jsw Brand 31581371 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by K-J-Law such as G2500SE2 equipment made by K-J-Law have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire K-J-Law products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "K-J-Law" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F4300015C made by Kajaani as well as the popular HT312539 original spares produced by Kammann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IDL600 by K--H and G2500SE2 spares by K-J-Law are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 100085169 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joy.
