Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Joy Mfg 1100/U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joyce-Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mach-Iii product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 2HFHUB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S6MBF62111 manufactured by Joyce-Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Joyce-Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3093 by Manufacturer Mach-Iii as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magpower Brand PSB240S1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Madison-Electric such as B100010 equipment made by Madison-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Madison-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Madison-Electric" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3WFHUB by Kop-Flex and B100010 spares by Madison-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPR016766BSAR3X3954 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-Flex.
