Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the J-tech Digital Inc. JTD-222 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued K-Tron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kahlenberg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Kaye product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader K-Tron such as the 919100080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M411 manufactured by Kahlenberg and we are pleased to be able to service most Kahlenberg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U0984 by Manufacturer Kaye as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand SDPC213 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kaps-all such as EM880 equipment made by Kaps-all have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kaps-all products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kaps-all" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MTC2000 made by Kawata as well as the popular 8CC751G3DRAEKJ1 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4719864509678 by Kb-Electronics and EM880 spares by Kaps-all are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KBMG212D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kb-Electronics.
