Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kaspro Galaxy-56L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Keba product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keba such as the K2400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FrequencyConverter07F5A1D2BGA manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CR041 by Manufacturer Keba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Kawasaki Brand 1FR52 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Keb such as 05F5B1B3B0A equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 19R6N3ER00A made by Keb as well as the popular FS45N original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509991563R30 by Kawasaki and 05F5B1B3B0A spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original U09091 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kaye.
