Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kensington 35-3700-1425-18 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Newport products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nikon product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Newport such as the P2000AP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NSR1NSC200 manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NSRS306C by Manufacturer Nikon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Newport Brand INFP000C2E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nexen such as 964827 equipment made by Nexen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nexen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nexen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4S0133743 made by Nikon as well as the popular 8720102D2 original spares produced by Newport

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSV9R by Newport and 964827 spares by Nexen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VRS100008K328FC2200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nidec.
