Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kia Heavy Industries 1676-48-343-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Klay-Instruments products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Trane product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Klay-Instruments such as the 8000FNG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41984 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TB04819 by Manufacturer Trane as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Klinger Brand UZ804 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kimden such as KFA65 equipment made by Kimden have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kimden products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kimden" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AKM22GANCNO01 made by Kollmorgen as well as the popular AKM42EANCNC00 original spares produced by Kollmorgen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS5A21000110404B2020 by Kollmorgen and KFA65 spares by Kimden are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NZM9250ZM9A200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klockner.
