Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kister-morse SVS-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Label-Aire products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairchild parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Potter product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Label-Aire such as the 40091 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UA747HMQB manufactured by Fairchild and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairchild systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KUA11G1124V by Manufacturer Potter as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Siemens Brand 3RK11051AE040CA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leach such as R330BGD1002AC equipment made by Leach have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leach products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leach" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PEI5025 made by Precision-Electronics as well as the popular PE120232 original spares produced by Puleo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SEL551 by Sel and R330BGD1002AC spares by Leach are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDF3870002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Potter.
