Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Klinger Scientific, Micro-controle B9165565001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kodak-Nexpress products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lacey-harmer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Koganei product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kodak-Nexpress such as the ROBOTIC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 820260 manufactured by Lacey-harmer and we are pleased to be able to service most Lacey-harmer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAT30180SS2 by Manufacturer Koganei as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lakeshore Brand S5601024J9CL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kontron such as 180080000101 equipment made by Kontron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kontron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kontron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4510TFS5C5713 made by Koyo as well as the popular PRAB original spares produced by Koehring

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS4111DR1 by Klockner and 180080000101 spares by Kontron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 81009975013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lam-Research.
