Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the K-tek TX/A1/S6/0750/1.8/1/HO/FMX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Microe products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mayr parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mechohm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Microe such as the 10000129 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5910470109167US manufactured by Mayr and we are pleased to be able to service most Mayr systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCCONTROL by Manufacturer Mechohm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mj-Tooling Brand SD4837 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Meriam-Instrument such as Z12262D equipment made by Meriam-Instrument have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Meriam-Instrument products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Meriam-Instrument" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASB8LED54 made by Lumberg as well as the popular ASBV4LED5 original spares produced by Lumberg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OX12 by Macurco and Z12262D spares by Meriam-Instrument are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 767I010000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Marposs.
