Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the L&n Leeds & Northrup 7498 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lambda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lambda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lear product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda such as the ES95 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JFS100024 manufactured by Lambda and we are pleased to be able to service most Lambda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80030033 by Manufacturer Lear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lead-Screw Brand R947 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lanner-Electronics such as AP500 equipment made by Lanner-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lanner-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lanner-Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B7113I03276 made by Lafert as well as the popular 56853 original spares produced by Leeds--Northrup

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 027394AMNMK3 by Lam-Research and AP500 spares by Lanner-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ST90SC8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert.
