Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Leine & Linda 7310 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Leroy-Somer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ltn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Linos product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Leroy-Somer such as the 22BY58 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RE211A05VS manufactured by Ltn and we are pleased to be able to service most Ltn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FThetaRonar by Manufacturer Linos as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Limitorque Brand 6020202023 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lucas such as 02350729000 equipment made by Lucas have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucas products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucas" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LS132S made by Leroy-Somer as well as the popular TL6S original spares produced by Linear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GSS042N by Lenze and 02350729000 spares by Lucas are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CR501500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze.
