Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt MWE120-XX1V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bayside products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Eurodrive product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bayside such as the RT142009002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R60LPDFT90 manufactured by Sew-eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SA62LP145 by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nord Brand N56C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bonfiglioli such as P100 equipment made by Bonfiglioli have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bonfiglioli products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bonfiglioli" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS142020 made by Bayside as well as the popular PG180003 original spares produced by Bayside

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R3X102B38PRASEALB23X by Idc and P100 spares by Bonfiglioli are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Q262B040MO56LK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dodge.
