Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Link-belt RC-120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sew-eurodrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ckd product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the RF72125TB5H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SAF67R37DRS71S4 manufactured by Sew-eurodrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Sew-eurodrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RG1404 by Manufacturer Ckd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sterling Brand S226HQ03014I41 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as SK11003FCT equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TA6307H25 made by Dodge as well as the popular SHV30A025V7A original spares produced by Textron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RT115021LB by Parker and SK11003FCT spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SCM400E Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shimpo-nidec.
