Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Love Joy HD-14B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maco products, including obsoleted and phased-out M0-13329-20-vac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Luxtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maco such as the A12288001100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M01332920VAC manufactured by M0-13329-20-vac and we are pleased to be able to service most M0-13329-20-vac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M10 by Manufacturer Luxtron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Schaevitz Brand 02350511000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ls such as iP5110280KWV14 equipment made by Ls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ls" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9700248 made by Lust as well as the popular LSH050245320T1K320V original spares produced by Lust

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RK7245 by Lutze and iP5110280KWV14 spares by Ls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VF1404M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lust.
