Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Luge / Molecular Dynamics 0236-263 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mars products, including obsoleted and phased-out Max-Motosports parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 M2i-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mars such as the 61776 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50738405 manufactured by Max-Motosports and we are pleased to be able to service most Max-Motosports systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M163L1A by Manufacturer M2i-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Lust Brand D6335 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lumonics-Ltd such as 063057100 equipment made by Lumonics-Ltd have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lumonics-Ltd products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lumonics-Ltd" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LCD120318 made by Lvd as well as the popular 6830257805 original spares produced by Marposs

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 989401 by Maquet and 063057100 spares by Lumonics-Ltd are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R90078553 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mannesmann-Rexroth.
