Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lumera Laser/coherent 21994 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Matlock-Electric-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Max-Plus product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 4031GS4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 73203 manufactured by Matlock-Electric-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Matlock-Electric-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPFLXi230 by Manufacturer Max-Plus as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Measurex Brand 5293501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mattec-Corp such as 3500094E equipment made by Mattec-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mattec-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mattec-Corp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E4N made by Marposs as well as the popular 900040000 original spares produced by Marsh

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AE5911095 by Maniobra-e and 3500094E spares by Mattec-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDA32008C30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lust.
