Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Lw Scientific ICL-020L-D71 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Meco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Magnetic product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD515CA033 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EPCBSERVO1A manufactured by Meco and we are pleased to be able to service most Meco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 118401 by Manufacturer Magnetic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Meiki Brand M341CPH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Md-Totco such as 1955010 equipment made by Md-Totco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Md-Totco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Md-Totco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 397275 made by Max-Motosports as well as the popular IW10001000 original spares produced by Martens-Elektronik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UA205 by Meiden and 1955010 spares by Md-Totco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M50026905 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Madison.
