Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the M2i Corporation CTOP2M-B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mbb-Gelma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Marposs product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD515CA033 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPCM1 manufactured by Mbb-Gelma and we are pleased to be able to service most Mbb-Gelma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1XE3757 by Manufacturer Marposs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Magnetrol Brand T62 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mallory-Pollulert such as MD241R equipment made by Mallory-Pollulert have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
