Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Maxcess, Magpowr Magpowr, Perma-Torque, HC2-14, Adjustabl parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mean-Well products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maxon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mini-Motor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mean-Well such as the S24024 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 440350000009094 manufactured by Maxon and we are pleased to be able to service most Maxon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCER100P by Manufacturer Mini-Motor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mcquay Brand R893S5AM2X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mean-Well such as PSC100AH0 equipment made by Mean-Well have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mean-Well products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mean-Well" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCGVP4 made by Mce as well as the popular FS534 original spares produced by Mcdonnell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTL3013 by Mtl and PSC100AH0 spares by Mean-Well are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDSBSVJ01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
