Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Measurement Specialties LM31-00000F-100PG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microscan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micro-Switch product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DS040H999SU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FIS00031003D manufactured by Microscan and we are pleased to be able to service most Microscan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MHPFR32Q by Manufacturer Micro-Switch as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mts Brand LHTRG00U04801V0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micro-Motion such as CMF100M328PU equipment made by Micro-Motion have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 103450010 by Mks and CMF100M328PU spares by Micro-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
