Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Metaphase products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mettler product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Metaphase such as the ISO24R24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920B manufactured by Merrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Merrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C90074000A by Manufacturer Mettler as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mettler Brand 200CRS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Linear such as Pls85 equipment made by Linear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Linear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Linear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IOP118 made by Metso-Automation as well as the popular 09721123051 original spares produced by Mettler
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PantherPTPN1000000ESV402N04TXB by Lenze and Pls85 spares by Linear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
