Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Meto-fer ZK 128 / S 128 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mks product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mikron such as the M77S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF010M313NQBUEZZZ manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM1031301S by Manufacturer Mks as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mitutoyo Brand AT21100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microscan such as FIS08100010 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10065936 made by Msa as well as the popular RPS40140 original spares produced by Migatron-Corp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E00201DA01M922221A64701 by Moore and FIS08100010 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
