Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Metso Automation A413337 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mettler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Micrex-f product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mge such as the 6805001S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B14093000A manufactured by Mettler and we are pleased to be able to service most Mettler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FLD505AA10 by Manufacturer Micrex-f as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mge Brand 7213006177 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Microlite such as A7027419 equipment made by Microlite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microlite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microlite" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7216400600 made by Mge as well as the popular PICA413171 original spares produced by Metso-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LS1C20 by Micro-Switch and A7027419 spares by Microlite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 010503300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan.
