Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mi Pc MFX970C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Micro-Motion parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the H025S121NABAEZZZZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMF050M314PU manufactured by Micro-Motion and we are pleased to be able to service most Micro-Motion systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 121inch by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Milwaukee-Cylinder Brand 20772 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miljoco such as B5094A632 equipment made by Miljoco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miljoco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miljoco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12205540 made by Microsemi as well as the popular A1SY60 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 87000031 by Midwest and B5094A632 spares by Miljoco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILD220020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Micro-epsilon.
