Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mi Swaco SVX18-16500 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Morse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Neugardt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Morse such as the 35RW1LRBampT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6214Z100C22 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PL115100 by Manufacturer Neugardt as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motovario Brand SRT010631394 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motovario such as NRV030 equipment made by Motovario have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motovario products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motovario" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 92372AZ made by Nord as well as the popular 12F56C05 original spares produced by Nord

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 87660011TPT by Midwest and NRV030 spares by Motovario are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A79MW0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Morse.
