Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mini Safe MS46-20-1215-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sti parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the K302WG0250MR160140BLL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CMCP5470201402 manufactured by Sti and we are pleased to be able to service most Sti systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHM056080BB13 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sti Brand MS46R20955Q1RNCFPSC1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Straightpont such as LLP6T5U equipment made by Straightpont have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P721SPR0050ME by Stober and LLP6T5U spares by Straightpont are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CHHMS34195DAYA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sumitomo.
