Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mks Instruments JV-ROD-B-RACKMKS260PS 260PS-3B 260PS3B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 5069L320ERMS2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2AIT2VFGBSTBTT555N0308UXH manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5IK60GUSMF2 by Manufacturer Oriental as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 30503DM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Westinghouse such as 505C633G16 equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IRS made by 3d-Systems as well as the popular 8C57D original spares produced by Reliance-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9700886101RevA by Pittman and 505C633G16 spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5005041 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
