Moore Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Moore RBT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Moore RBT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RBT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RBT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Murphy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motor-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Multi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Murphy such as the 10704231 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T115SR20EL7139A11 manufactured by Motor-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Motor-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2001545 by Manufacturer Multi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Muratec Brand NDK1230PCB2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nb such as TW24uu equipment made by Nb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPA2 made by Moore as well as the popular SSP20S original spares produced by Nb
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 39251049 by Mor-Bark and TW24uu spares by Nb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFWS12X36FS103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nb.
