Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries PSA/0-15PSIG/MH2/117AC-FA1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motorola products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moore-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Moore-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motorola such as the MVME270761 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15853316 manufactured by Moore-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Moore-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1577341 by Manufacturer Moore-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motorola Brand 01W1619B76B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Exceltronic such as 4044CT510A2 equipment made by Exceltronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Exceltronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Exceltronic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FI264056CLR made by Baldor as well as the popular AB12C6042DJI original spares produced by Mori-Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the YASNACMRCSK6 by Motoman and 4044CT510A2 spares by Exceltronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mei.
