Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mori Seiki AP-DTP-RY E76038B01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motovario products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Motoman product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motovario such as the 12963448 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 189SA56C109 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HW9380011 by Manufacturer Motoman as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Motorola Brand 84DW6227X01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motorola such as 64W4079c02RevD equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 18G4RAA1AO made by Vernitech as well as the popular 80440 original spares produced by Borg-Warner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GV15034 by Motrona and 64W4079c02RevD spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mei.
