Multitrode Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Multitrode MULTISMART and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Multitrode MULTISMART include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MULTISMART if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MULTISMART repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nippon-Valve-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the M2000640070A10101AB100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PAXMV105UUPR015 manufactured by Nippon-Valve-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Nippon-Valve-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EB55069294 by Manufacturer Namco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Nachi Brand SC15F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nook such as SEL0698 equipment made by Nook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nook" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available iPC1950Tif4GB80SSDVD7U made by Nematron as well as the popular 000947201 original spares produced by Nicolet
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MEBD by Niobrara-Rd and SEL0698 spares by Nook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MP210A4R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nidec-Control-Techniques.
