Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec DFSM-2020-502A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Northstar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the PEXP286TS302 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PEXP254T154 manufactured by North-American-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R65656CAP by Manufacturer Northstar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Norgren Brand 862378 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nikki-Denso such as NCRDDA0A2A752 equipment made by Nikki-Denso have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikki-Denso products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikki-Denso" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M35543 made by Norton as well as the popular 1033832A original spares produced by Nordson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2SU6363 by Nord and NCRDDA0A2A752 spares by Nikki-Denso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSD25204887101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Northstart.
