Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nematron Corp IWS-2021 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pinnacle products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nematron-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pinnacle such as the MG320F20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IWS2511T manufactured by Nematron-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Nematron-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NMX3N800 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Yokogawa Brand MW100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motorola such as MVME133XT equipment made by Motorola have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorola products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorola" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC47SR201200X made by Omron as well as the popular LCB155 original spares produced by Lauda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC11202HD4C130A0WI520LXS005 by Indramat and MVME133XT spares by Motorola are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M10169694 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
