Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nook Industries 7725-01-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Nordson product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK92672AZD132S4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WRM55441M50 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1122190BA17C05993 by Manufacturer Nordson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has North-American Brand H6350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by North-American such as PE145TC154 equipment made by North-American have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 21877 made by Northrop as well as the popular 461549 original spares produced by Nordson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CU209TW200A by Noritake and PE145TC154 spares by North-American are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK5282AZN280TC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
