Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord-drive 1Sl50V-N56C-71L/4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Falk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 36390 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2262BQ010182 manufactured by Sterling and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2050FC2 by Manufacturer Falk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Falk Brand 210TC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micron such as 323140349494 equipment made by Micron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 20Q05LR56 made by Dodge as well as the popular 23QS50H56 original spares produced by Tigear

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 32051410 by Sumitomo and 323140349494 spares by Micron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2GTD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Chemineer.
