Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North American Electric PESS256TC20M-2-RB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out North-American-Mfg. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Northstar product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numatics such as the AR032A1A6D2X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H6400 manufactured by North-American-Mfg. and we are pleased to be able to service most North-American-Mfg. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S82048LK11ELC by Manufacturer Northstar as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Oilgear Brand L404563 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Num such as FC202364 equipment made by Num have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Num products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Num" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V8M12 made by Nsd as well as the popular NBL20600453320BX original spares produced by Novotron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LAH30EL90 by Nsk and FC202364 spares by Num are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LWG03603 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Novotechnik.
