Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numatics such as the 123BA400RP35A61 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMQ81510256 manufactured by Ohio-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NL752A by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Numatics Brand CGT020125B1XCX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Obara such as UXS32 equipment made by Obara have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Obara products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Obara" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 081RD100J000000 made by Numatics as well as the popular CRDR2090AM056 original spares produced by Regal
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D20624 by Nwl and UXS32 spares by Obara are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CFDH6016B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ogden.
