Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oriental Motor 5GN3KA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Paper-Converting-Machine-Co parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Rexnord product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the PG115015LB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 102653 manufactured by Paper-Converting-Machine-Co and we are pleased to be able to service most Paper-Converting-Machine-Co systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MR1050061 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Paxman-Diesel Brand 16Y3J26844 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Renold such as 80A1SS equipment made by Renold have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Renold products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Renold" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9205H95507 made by Reliance as well as the popular NMCK4V original spares produced by Raychem

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6GK12 by Oriental-Motor and 80A1SS spares by Renold are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OLGNE16N5500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reuland.
