Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Instruments 70A-2, A17, F614, G1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Panalarm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Package-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panalarm such as the 2K003LD84 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1104 manufactured by Package-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Package-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H31NLLTLNNNS01 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Panasonic Brand 13110003C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sick such as 04824ABB00AA0 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 581D316BBOARD made by Panasonic as well as the popular PMA54R0010000 original spares produced by Pacific-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R46GENAR2NSVS00 by Pacific-Scientific and 04824ABB00AA0 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
