Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific F46ENA-R2-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panalarm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the DV47L010MSGH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70AR17 manufactured by Panalarm and we are pleased to be able to service most Panalarm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC834114N by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Panasonic Brand ZUEP53011 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Panasonic such as MCDDT3520 equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AKBX551V made by Pack-Driver as well as the popular MY9G5B original spares produced by Panasonic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 91AF1KN120AC4EA by Panalarm and MCDDT3520 spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
