Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R43GE-A-R2-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elmo-Abb-Robotics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the N34062H00AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS130690P3107 manufactured by Elmo-Abb-Robotics and we are pleased to be able to service most Elmo-Abb-Robotics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P56H8911 by Manufacturer Reliance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moeller Brand NZM3XR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motion-Technologies such as PMIU12M4 equipment made by Motion-Technologies have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion-Technologies products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion-Technologies" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P14X1482 made by Reliance as well as the popular P30B06040DXV20 original spares produced by Sanyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P18A6104RAA by Reliance and PMIU12M4 spares by Motion-Technologies are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P20B13500DCSSEM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sanyo.
