Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R46GEBA-R2-NS-NV-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the P56X7202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVB184TTDR14015AAL manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R24SSNAR1NSNV07 by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Stober Brand P312SPN0350M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as NH827A41S equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P20B13500DCSSEM made by Sanyo as well as the popular NSPB90002652R original spares produced by Nova

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MX301TU01H by Nitto-Seiko/bobota/sinano and NH827A41S spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R27SSNAR1NSNV02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pacific-Scientific.
