Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pepperl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Polytec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the MLV408H65 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UB4000 manufactured by Pepperl and we are pleased to be able to service most Pepperl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSVZ040 by Manufacturer Polytec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pfeiffer Brand TPS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pepperl such as 264888 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pepperl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pepperl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SED24 made by Phd as well as the popular ASC42X5B24X5 original spares produced by Petrotech
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X13650308 by Pic and 264888 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GRAS14S5MC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Point-Grey.
