Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Penny & Giles HLP190/FS1/25/1K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Promess parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Perceptron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the 114641RLK295525116 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FESM40 manufactured by Promess and we are pleased to be able to service most Promess systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REV191730185150095 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NMB830GM55Z3CFE300MMV1 by Pepperl and RL238H1000IR116125 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
